Yes. Tournaments and leagues with up to 10 registrants are free, and they include a public event page and online registration. Use the Free plan to try NextArena on a small event before you pay for a larger one.

Every package includes a public event page and online registration. Core covers event setup, registration, scheduling, results and basic standings. Live Event adds live scoring, live standings and stream management for the day of your event.

Pay per competition if you run one event or only a few each year. A one-time purchase covers a single competition and does not renew. Choose a monthly organisation plan if you run events often, because one plan covers all your competitions.

Yes. You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. The terms page gives the full payment and refund rules.

The organiser does. Entry fees are optional, and you can set a fee for each division. Entrants pay the organiser, not NextArena, and payments can go through Stripe.

Choose your pricing currency on this page. If you have an organisation account, prices use its saved currency. Existing subscriptions keep their original currency.

ClubOS has one monthly price per organisation, shown above. ClubOS charges no application fee on paid memberships. Stripe's processing fees still apply, and the money goes to the club's own Stripe account.
