What is ClubOS?
ClubOS is the NextArena club management system. It helps a club welcome new members, look after current members and show the club to the public, all from one place.
Can members pay online?
Yes. Paid memberships use Stripe Checkout, and the money goes to your club's own connected Stripe account. For a paid application, the club approves it first, then ClubOS emails the applicant a payment link.
Does NextArena take a fee on memberships?
No. ClubOS charges no application fee on memberships. Stripe's processing fees still apply. The club is the merchant and handles its own tax.
Can we bring our existing members?
Yes. You can import and export members with a CSV file.
Can ClubOS book courts or sessions?
No. ClubOS lists your regular sessions on your club page for people to read. You can link to an outside booking service from the club page.
How much does ClubOS cost?
ClubOS needs an active ClubOS subscription, with one monthly price per organisation. See the pricing page for the current price in your currency.

Yes. The same NextArena account runs tournaments and leagues, with registration, scheduling, live scores and public event pages.
