These terms apply to the public NextArena marketing website and static sample tournament.

Website purpose

The website provides information about NextArena and demonstrates a representative tournament experience. The sample tournament uses fictional data and is not a live sporting event.

Enquiries and demonstrations

Submitting a demo request does not create a commercial agreement or guarantee service availability. Product scope, pricing and responsibilities will be agreed separately in writing.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit unlawful or misleading material.

Product information

We aim to keep product descriptions accurate, but features and presentation may change. A product demonstration and written agreement will define the services available to a customer.
