These terms apply to NextArena’s website, organiser workspace, public event pages, registration tools, live scoring, displays and streaming features. NextArena is operated by NextArena. Registered address: [REGISTERED ADDRESS — TO BE ADDED]. Contact us at info@nextarena.co.

Accounts and organisations

You must provide accurate information and keep account credentials secure. Accounts are intended for adults. If you use NextArena for a club, venue or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act for it. Organisation administrators must manage user access and remove access when it is no longer appropriate.

Packages, subscriptions and cancellation

Free and Core include a public event page and NextArena registration, subject to the limits shown at checkout. Live Event adds live scoring, standings, streams and other paid live features shown at checkout. We will show the applicable price, currency, billing period and included features before payment.

Club subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal, but access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. Subscription fees are not refundable or credited for unused time, except where required by law or expressly agreed by us. One-time event purchases do not renew and are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.

Payments and billing management may be handled by Stripe. A failed payment may result in reasonable retries, notices and restriction of paid features.

Events and registrations

The organiser identified on an event page is responsible for the event, including its date, venue, divisions, entry fees, eligibility, rules, safety, facilities, schedules and event-related refunds. NextArena provides the software and remains responsible for its own contractual and legal obligations.

Entries may be waitlisted, awaiting a partner, unpaid or subject to organiser approval. Division capacity is set per division. Organisers must provide appropriate privacy information and lawful instructions when uploading entrant data.

Public pages, results and media

Depending on event settings, participant names, team names, schedules, scores and results may appear on venue displays, public pages or broadcasts. Organisers must give appropriate notice and obtain the permissions required for recordings, streams, sponsor material and junior participation. NextArena does not receive blanket permission to use participant images in unrelated advertising.

Content and acceptable use

You retain ownership of content you provide, while granting NextArena a limited licence to host, process and display it as needed to provide the selected service. You must have the rights and permissions needed for that content.

Do not use NextArena unlawfully, access information without permission, manipulate results fraudulently, distribute malware, interfere with the service, impersonate others or collect personal information for unrelated marketing or surveillance.

Availability, suspension and termination

We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and skill, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, connectivity and third-party services can affect availability. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary for security, unlawful activity or a material breach, giving notice and an opportunity to remedy where safe and practicable.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Consumers retain their statutory rights.

For business customers only, and subject to legal review, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, anticipated savings, opportunity or goodwill. The proposed aggregate business liability cap is the greater of £1,000 or the fees paid or payable for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months. This proposed cap requires legal review before publication.

Privacy and processing

Our Privacy Notice explains our handling of personal information. Where NextArena processes entrant information on an organiser’s instructions, an appropriate data-processing agreement may also be required.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms for security, legal or operational reasons and will give reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.
