Provisional draft — the deployed technology inventory and consent approach require verification before publication.
This notice explains how NextArena uses cookies and similar technologies. Contact info@nextarena.co. See our Privacy Notice for wider data-processing information.
Essential technologies
Authentication, security, session handling and requested account or checkout functions may require cookies, scripts or browser storage. Saved event setup drafts may be stored in browser localStorage on the device used for setup. Removing browser storage may remove an unsynchronised draft or require you to sign in again.
Analytics and monitoring
NextArena uses Vercel Analytics and may use Sentry for reliability and error monitoring. The exact fields, identifiers, retention, consent requirements and configuration must be verified against the deployed application and provider settings. We do not describe analytics as anonymous, cookie-free or exempt from consent until that audit is complete.
Payments, video and embedded content
Stripe, video, streaming or other embedded services may use their own technologies when those features are requested. Optional tracking must not be enabled without the applicable consent or other lawful basis.
Technology inventory
[TO BE COMPLETED] Before publication, record each observed technology, provider/domain, purpose, data accessed, storage type, lifetime and consent or exemption basis across public pages, sign-in, checkout, dashboards, payment return and streams.
Your choices
Analytics is disabled until you choose “Accept analytics”. Choosing “Reject analytics” leaves essential technologies available but prevents Vercel Analytics from loading. You can change your choice at any time: . Browser settings can also block or delete storage, but this may affect sign-in and saved setup drafts.
Legal review
This page is a provisional drafting aid, not legal advice or a confirmation that NextArena’s current implementation meets any particular consent exemption.
