Pickleball Tournament Software for Clubs and Organizers

A pickleball event can mean many divisions, many courts and a long day. NextArena takes players from online registration to the final: organize divisions by skill and age, run the bracket, assign courts and keep scores and results current as matches finish.

Divisions

Divisions by skill, age and format.

Create a division for each group: singles or doubles, gender category, skill range, age range, capacity and entry fee. Each division has its own draw format and scoring.

Scoring

Scoring options for pickleball games.

Set the scoring for each division. Choose how many games a match has and how many points a game goes to.

Best of three to 11

The usual format for pool matches and early rounds.

Best of five to 11

A longer match, often used for finals.

Games to 21

A best of three to 21 option for longer games.

Win by one or two, with a cap

Choose the win margin, and set an optional points cap.

Formats

Brackets and pools for pickleball events.

Pick the structure for each division. Pools into knockout is common for larger fields, and round robin works for small groups. Available formats can differ by competition, so we confirm them with you in the demo.

Round robin

Every team plays the others in their group. Standings set the order.

Pools into knockout

Teams play in pools. The top teams advance into a knockout bracket.

Knockout

Single elimination. A bracket shows the route to the final.

Courts and schedule

Court allocation across a busy day.

Many divisions share the same courts. The schedule needs to show what plays where, and what is next.

Court assignments

Assign matches to courts and keep the schedule organized.

Match duration

Set an estimated match length per division, so the day plan reflects the scoring format.

Live scores

Scores update on the public event page as the scorer enters points.

Results and standings

Pool standings and bracket progress follow the results.
